CMS

The CMS program simplifies the control of a brake test stand for combustion engines, gearboxes or other devices. The CMS ensures measured data gathering, filing and evaluation either in the form of a printed protocol or a file on a computer hard disc. The filing and further data processing is enabled by an external SQL database server. The CMS program automates recurrent measuring at the brake stand by means of "automatic tests". The CMS constantly checks all the measured magnitudes and in the case of limit violation ensures an immediate correct response to prevent damage to the tested engine.
CMS runs on Windows XP or Windows 2000. Besides a brake stand control unit, it also controls other devices necessary for engine testing, such as a consumption meter, a blow-by meter, an exhaust fumes analysis etc. Moreover it provides data gathering from analog channels, which are usually used for measuring temperature, pressure, and other magnitudes at important points of the tested engine.

CDA

CDA 2000 Program provides fast and well-arranged data evaluation and comparison and creates printed outputs and protocols in the form of a chart or graphical data analysis. Input data for the CDA 2000 Program are created by the CMS Program Package (system which controls test stands). CDA 2000 Program processes data from files in TXM format (generated by the CMS system), or data from the SQL database of the CMS system, so-called CRV database. CDA 2000 Programme is a successor of an older version of CDA Program, it utilizes experience with the previous version and is intended for Windows 2000 or Windows XP, work in Windows 98 is also possible.
CDA 2000 Program is a modular system, which uses so-called DLL libraries - modules. Various prearranged modules are used for various tasks (table and chart generating). All the modules use a common uniform way of loading data. It allows to offer a customer wide scale of solutions for data processing. In case none of the existing solutions suit the customer, a special module can be promptly created according to the customer’s exact requirements. That is why the CDA 2000 Program consists of a basic executable program, which allows the selection of an appropriate module and loading of measured data. The chosen module (in a DLL library format) ensures a correct format, display and print of measured data. CDA 2000 Program can use an unlimited number of such DLL modules both supplied as standard and designed specially according to the customer’s need. The standard supply consists of four modules, two graphical and two tabular. Other modules can be supported without limitation, as mentioned above.
